“after the (original) foxsat satelite receiver, this model takes a little getting used to: I'd like to record with it, but cannot find out how to do this . . .”

“Unit does not reliably come out of stand by with Remote. Frequently requires switching on at the front. Technical support has still not come back with a solution after some weeks. Otherwise the unit is great”

“Works ok - 2 issues number 1 cannot switch on with the remote and two has a constant white noise which is noticeable when sound is off.”

“Very easy to set up, unit in as new condition, and unit works very well for what I needed by way of freesat. Have an HDD plugged in to USB which was a bonus to have a recorder function as well.”

“Needed a new box as iPlayer stopped working and TV was not a "Smart" TV. Really neat and works well. Sometimes takes a bit of time to fire up iPlayer but this could be my network or at iPlayer end. Good picture even on SD.”

“So pleased we took a chance on buying a refurb as we'd noticed a price increase on new ones since buying our others. Our Humax arrived quickly and it looks and works exactly as our two other two, only difference being that it was that much cheaper! Would certainly consider buying another refurb in the future.”
