“We were very pleased with the quick delivery and how the box works. No problems for the first three weeks anyway and it is working well. We had to spend another £25 for an adaptor started kit which we didn't realise we would need so obviously added to the cost.”
“Having had to return my BT Humax box and wanting to keep things simple I went for a 'proper' Humax box again. As I'm a tight wad and don't watch much TV I went for a second hand one. Sadly it did develop a problem and stopped working. After a couple of emails to try and reset the box (the power switch stopped working so I wasn't able to choose the options to reset the box) I had to return it. Fair play to Humax they sent a replacement immediately and we did a hot swap. The second box has now been working for a couple of weeks and 'touch wood' is working just fine. “Don't bother! I'm now awaiting my third refurb box in 6 weeks after the first had a signal quality fault, the second arrived damaged and now fingers crossed for this third one. Customer services are poor AND slow and i've had no real apologies or offer of refund/compensation despite still not having a satisfactory product after all this time.”
