“Great bit of kit but the only problem is that you can’t link it via the app to Alexa as out of the dozens of compatible companies, Humax isn’t one of them, despite claiming that it should work with Alexa. Even contacted the Humax help desk who investigated and eventually came back to me and said ‘Yes, you’re right, it doesn’t work’ and that was it. So BE WARNED!
I have now managed to link it to Alexa but via a different app, no thanks to Humax. Don’t get me wrong though, the plugs themselves are great!”
