Tried to contact tech support who didn't answer the phone and took two weeks to respond to an email.
Cannot recommend.”

Collections and delivery are done by DPD and you have to be at home on the day, and only Monday to Friday. Very poor service policy. Will not use again.”
“The camera itself is quite good with clear images, even through a window as I have it set up. The problems come with the phone app ( I have a brand new high end Android) which shuts down frequently and is very slow to connect to the camera. The web site connection and coding is also poor. If these could be worked on, probably best to start again, then it could deserve five stars.”
“I cannot fault the quality of the camera, small, neat and stylish, however I do have issues with the slow reaction time, in my experience when monitoring there is a time lag of a second or two after movement is detected, also my camera is situated within 4 metres of our router and yet on occasions the camera will struggle to establish and maintain a wi-fi signal having said that we do not have access to super fast broadband. On balance I am awarding an acceptable rating.”
