“The camera itself is well made and the image quality is good. What is (currently) letting it down is the ability for it to recognise when you leave home or return home and to turn on/off recording accordingly. It is simply not working for me and I have read on various sites that others have experienced problems. Humax were quick to offer a replacement, so I assume this is a known issue with the cameras as opposed to the app but they are "out of stock" so I am in no-man's land. I hope the replacement will solve the problem and allow me to mark the product higher but for now it can be no more than acceptable.”
“When it is working it seems to do exactly what it says on the tin. The only issue is that it has dropped its WiFi connection 3 times. If you are at home then it is easy to reset it, but if you are away from home then you have no camera function. I am wondering whether to return it for a refund???”
“Its ok, but 720p is pretty poor quality for a large room.
Night vision ok.
App quite good and the free cloud storage is the only reason I bought this camera.
I have to unplug/reconnect one of the two cameras I bought every week as it just crashes and stops working.”
