“I had difficulty configuring the dongle on my TV. Had to phone Humax. After waiting for well over 15 minutes the guy on the phone was helpful. I configured, put the network and password in OK. Pressed apply. After attempting to connect, eventually I was told No connection. Tried 2 or 3 times, but same result..”

“I think this dongle should be available as an extra, when buying HDR 1800T recorder as it took over a week to receive my dongle online order - too long for such a small item tah fits through any letter box.
The dongle so far has worked well, but installation was not easy and took too long to get set up - I had to wait until the next day for the installation to be completed & start working.
However I am now pleased with the results.”
