“Works fine on IR but not Bluetooth as I already have one remote and wanted a second. Contacted Aura support before I purchased because I thought there may be a problem, but they assured me I could BT multiple remotes. (I alway thought they were wrong after my telephone conversation with them.
Still use two, one on Bluetooth upstairs in bedroom and one downstairs on IR.”
“Bought as only recorder that was equivalent to our EE tv box which Ee were no longer supporting and discontinuing after 31 March. Have not yet been able to record 4 channels and watch a fifth. Are getting round this by switching back to watching via the tv. The only other problem we are having is that sometimes when you are fast forwarding the adverts on a recording, and press play, the player goes back to the beginning of the recording, this is not just once either. Understand this is a new machine, hopefully there will end some update to stop this. Otherwise pleased with machine and have got used to the different colours ie purple when recording.”
