“I am not sure if it's the controller that is at fault on my Humax Aura box, I have tried to update my controller but all I get is:- it is connecting press any key! I have pressed a lot of different keys but nothing happens, it does not want to update the controller. So that is why I only give 2 stars, if you can point me in the right direction to allow me to upgrade my controller so I can pair my controller with my TV volume can be controlled by my Humax controller. I have now adjusted my rating down after ringing up the Humax helpline yesterday, the person I spoke to did not seem to know too much about the product and how I could get the remote to do an update to ver.7, all the controller shows is that it is (downloading) which it is not doing. So the person that I spoke to said he would pass this problem on to someone that would know more and that person would Email me back, I am not a happy person.”

“Humax needs to identify which remote works with which system more obviously and to clarify which uses infrared and which uses Bluetooth. Otherwise excellent replacements for worn-out remotes.”
