We had got to the point that it was the hard drive that was not responding and that we would not buy another Humax product”
“Sadly, there is no customer support with this & the box is not as described on the web site. The light is now underneath where it is invisible to the user! It only works on 1080p for a 4K tv, on the 2160p (4K) it automatically reverts back to the lowest. It is a waste of time trying to get any help through email. Very disappointed in this product.”

The remotes work well but would be very much easier if the keys lit up when the remote is shaken so that it is easier to operate in low light.”

This new one is like a totally different model - it works very well with a light touch and is very smooth, vastly improved over the older model, so highly recommended to anyone having trouble with controlling their Humax recorder using the original remote.”
