“Just what was needed. We used the previous remote so much there were no markings left even before it stopped working! Fast delivery - a little concerned it was only sent in simple paddy bag when post man merely sent through letter box onto hard floor but remote was in perfect condition and worked immediately. “I received a 2nd remote as first was faulty but I cannot get it to work.However as I said when I sent my receipt to you that I will use the original without use of back button as I find the whole situation very stressful although the help ahd advice from the people on the phone was to be commended and they were just so helpful so please thank them.However I just want to have no more worry.
