Our old humax box had given good service for 10 years. It needed a new remote. I tried buying a cheap one from ebay, it worked after a fashion. I then bought one from humax, unfortunately I ordered one for the latest box, I did not realise that it was not fully compatible. Colin from humax kindly located the remote for the old box and sent it to us. As it happens we actually decided to get a new tv and new box. We are delighted with the humax products and the customer service (especially Colin) which was provided without delay. I thoroughly recommend humax.”
