“Not cheap but it's a shame that you have to buy a new remote just because one button stops working. This is the second time I have had to do this, and it's a different button each time.”
“The remote works just fine; as it was meant to. However, the problem that I kept getting was something to do with the Humax box. BT suggested that I turn it off,unplug the power source and leave for 30 minutes. On starting up again everything worked just fine. Why are these digital boxes so damned touchy?”
“The buttons are different to the original controller and there is no obvious reason why certain buttons do things like to delete a programme you use the subtitles button?
Also when I phoned up to order on line the staff were very rude and unhelpful so I just purchased it online instead.”
