“I am a longtime user of Humax products. I ordered this remote as the old one no longer worked. This replacement didn't work either. I sent two emails to Humax asking how the problem could be solved and they chose to ignore them. If this is the best that Humax can do I would never buy or recommend again.”
“these are rather poor and only last for about two years before you have to replace at £24 each.
One starts to think that it is battery loss but one then realises that it is the appliance itself at fault.
The remote fails to respond to the control buttons.I do not regard this as anything other than a
poor appliance.”
