“The Humax RM-I09U Freeview HD Remote CONTROL works fine - up to now. Just ask me again in one years time. Pl;ease note that it is the third remote in 10 years that I have had because it is not reparable, that is the buttons cannot be replaced when they fail to work.
Also I got three SPAM phone calls from Amazon on the Monday after I purchased the remote control. I DO NOT have an account nor have I ever purchased anything from Amazon.
Fortunately I have the ability to block numbers on my phone, I blocked all the numbers recorded.
I don not appreciate my details being sent on to third party spammers.”
“This is the third of these that we have had. They seem to last less than 2 years before some of the buttons become intermittent.
This latest one has a new problem; after only 3 weeks of use the printed legends (media, guide, back and exit) have completely worn away.

“After 5 years of heavy use the original remote became a little unreliable so ordered a new one which arrived within a couple of days. loaded batteries and everything back to normal. Problem solved.”
