“Facilities were good, entertainment is on quite late for smaller children. Could do with more water slides for smaller kids and in general. Lovely relaxing holiday. Lack of BBQ facilities a huge let down”
Thanks so much Kathy - great to hear you got the relaxing time you deserved at Turiscampo! Turiscampo has the best pools of any Portuguese camping resort but you're right they don't yet match the waterparks we see in France in particular. BBQs also just don't seem in the 'culture' of Portuguese resorts, partly due to safety restrictions (same in Croatia). We will make both these points more clear and continue to explore an optional BBQ service in future.
