The bread itself is lovely and I actually prefer to normal bread. Prices are reasonable and delivery is pretty quick even when I ordered back at the beginning of Jan

The bread tastes very good but It shouldn’t be sold for Keto diet or labelled with Keto , I have emailed the customer service to ask and I haven’t heard back then I did my own research which then I found that the bread has wheat which can kick your body out from Ketosis. I have bought few in one go and now they are no use for me

Small slices, keep well in the freezer, do not toast particularly well, but still good for glucose control

The only thing is the cost. I have to mixing with higher carb bread so your discount will help. The bread itself is perfect for what I need with having diabetes

The difference between sticking to keto diet and chaeting. I use ends as "rolls" slice horitonzally and fill . Makes great French toast ( eggy bread) Cut into cubes spray oil and bake in oven for to get big batch of storable croutons. Or ...just make a sandwhich :)
