“Although there is sorbitol in the ingredients which is a sugar alcohol that affects blood sugar and therefore fat storage, for the serving size, I believe it is good enough, and I have rated it 5 stars because it is so delicious. If you were to have a serving of 100g (as marked on the bottle) which is 1/3 of the whole bottle, you would still only get 14g carbs, and 151 calories. In reality, you would probably have 10g as a serving size, which would make it 1.4g carbs, and 15 calories. There is no aftertaste which is a definite plus. I like Nicks Honey syrup with smooth peanut butter. It's a great addition to a low carb or keto diet. You don't have to be deprived. I recommend this.”
