“With any traditional food replacement I always think there is an element of compromise that should be made as it is different ingredients so how can it possibly taste and feel exactly the same. I am happy with these rolls, freeze them and eat them as I want and though not the best 'bread' roll I may ever eat they are one of the best low carb rolls I have had to date and I will continue to use them on my low crab diet.”
