I know this is a common thing with the ingredients used as ive had the same problem with other low carb bread makers. I contacted the company by email and was delt with swiftly and sent out a new batch! The customer service is second to none and to make it all worth while the bread tastes absolutely amazing!! The best bar far and so little carbs.”
