“The bread is delicious and I have tried to have a reoccurring order so I can enjoy this bread each day.However the ordering and delivery leave a lot to be desired. I have ordered this bread three times and the company have failed to deliver the bread I have ordered three times. I’m afraid that the company is under delivering by not fulfilling the order despite receiving the payment. A great shame as a great product is being ruined by the poor organisation of the products delivery.”

As a growing business, we are aware that our response times have been a little slower than usual and we sincerely apologise for that. We are working really hard to improve this service and appreciate you bearing with us. Our dedicated customer service team operate Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a typical response time of 24hrs although sometimes it can take up to 48hrs.
