Hi, We’re really sorry to hear there was a problem with your bread. Although we put a lot of resources and expertise into Heylo products – including lab testing – low carb items can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, especially depending on transit conditions

Hi, Thanks for your feedback – we do appreciate all comments that help us improve. Heylo slices are smaller than high carb bread as they are packed with protein and fibre, making them very filling.
