This one is like a malted whole meal loaf and ok to use as a normal sandwich bread too”
“Disappointed in like other low carb breads including ones I have made from premixed do not remain intact and/or can be full of holes. Yours had the crusts hanging off from nearly every slice almost half way round in the majority. Don't understand this phenomenon - perhaps you can explain and work out why and maybe find a cure as this is not ideal either for sandwiches or putting under a runny egg! Tastes good though!”

I'm ever so sorry to hear that the bread wasn't quite what you were expecting.
Although the fact that our Heylo Artisan Seeded Loaf is freshly baked is what makes it so delicious and fluffy, it does also mean that every loaf is unique and sometimes holes can develop in the baking process or crusts aren't always fully intact. This is a rarity, however, so I sincerely apologise that your loaf was affected.

“This bread is really good and also really good toasted. If you are missing bread then this is a good substitute. It is not the same texture as bread and much heavier but you can make a sandwich and have different spreads on it”
“After years of eating low carb bread I feel like I’ve tried every option so it was only fair I tried Heylos.. if I’m honest not a fan really small slices and quite a stodgey texture reminiscent of homemade bread. Seriously low carb wins on the loaf for me, I suppose it depends what you like texture wise.
Very similar to Ketochefs and lowcarbco bread.”
