“This seeded bread is my 4pm treat! With a hot drink and a slice or two of the seeded B loaf, I can keep to my diet AND satisfy any cravings I’ve had with the choice of spread. A little honey, or pate, satisfy both sweet or savoury tooth and the bread feels VERY filling and nutritious. Plenty of seeds and no need to take insulin as my blood doesn’t change in glucose levels!

Hi, Thanks very much for sharing. Lovely hear you're enjoying Heylo Seeded loaf. Heylo slices are a bit smaller than high carb bread as they are packed with protein and fibre. They do however weigh a similar amount to a thin white slice. Please let us know if you require any further info. 😊💜
