We’re really sorry to hear there was a problem with your bread. Although we put a lot of resource and expertise into Heylo bread – including lab testing – low carb items can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, especially depending on transit conditions.
However, we guarantee 5 days freshness on arrival and will always replace bread that doesn’t arrive in top condition. Please get in touch at heretohelp@weareheylo.com to let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement.
