Nice texture even if slightly elastic which I quite like. Keeps well. Not quite as filling as the seeded varieties. Slices often mis-shapen and sometimes have large air holes. Only equivalent in size to a small loaf. I yearn for a low carb large loaf so I can make a proper sandwich. That said, this is our current favourite. Thank you.

This is perfect keto bread! Always order as a regular. Great for toast, sandwiches or with a keto fry up .. It's versatile and it's like Danish bread .. perfect for me. I leave it in the fridge when in use but freezes really well x

I've tried countless low carb breads and bread mixes. Prior to my keto journey my favourite meal was bread and cheese. Ever since I started I have been hunting for that perfect low carb alternative. Although I am not fond of brown bread I was prepared to compromise. As a last resort; before attempting my own bread, I tried Heylo lighter white bread. To begin with the price was extortionate. Then I made a sandwich, the texture was perfect, the carb count was so low I could "afford" macro wise to have four slices at lunch time. Another plus was that I could toast it. I was going to try frying it for breakfast. But the loaf didn't last that long. I will certainly be purchasing this loaf again. Another plus was it didn't cause my blood sugars to rise. I was really beginning to feel that I was never going to find a low carb substitute for my beloved bread. It could have been a game changer for me. Thank you Heylo, so very much.
