“Can be a bit dense and chewy but slice them and flatten them out with a rolling pin and toast them and they make a great base for sandwiches. Lovely with soup and stews.”
“It feels wrong to be able to eat a huge bagel like this with so little carbs! It's very filling. I had it with Sliced chicken breast and salad or cream cheese and Salmon. Pricey but worth it if you are trying to reduce carbs.”
