“The texture and taste leaves co me unable to tell the difference. The Bagel is nutritious and very filling. It doesn’t collapse when sliced and when toasted it crisps up perfectly. It warms without hardening in the air fryer. A treat that doesn’t move my blood sugar and no insulin is ever taken with a variety of fillings. Perfect.
