“I received my pack of bagels and they arrived all mouldy. I did contact Heylo and in all fairness their customer service was brilliant. They sent out a replacement but sadly, these went mouldy after a few days and the bbe was 28th May. I feel harsh giving a 2 star review, it's for the products self life more than anything. Love their seeded bread and service is always amazing.”

Unfortunately, some low-carb products can be susceptible to shortened shelf-life, and dependent on the courier conditions. We're always working on improving our recipes and shelf life, and will always replace bread that isn't 100%.
