“Not a great start, they sent me a bottle with the cap pushed in so i spent over an hour trying to prize the cap out in order to open it using a kettle and hot water, eventually i managed to prize it back into its normal position and open the bottle.
They must of seen the bottles condition before sending it out as probably it had been sent back previously as they could not open it, so i was already pretty cross having to spend a long time trying to open it.
Onto the product itself, it does certainly clean and make the paving brighter, i must admit i was expecting amazing results as i had never used anything like this before but it made it cleaner and brighter at least but not as amazing as the videos look.”
“It doesn't seem to work. It says you'll notice fizzing. That doesn't happen. The black spot doesn't seem affected. I previously ordered the Pro Kleen black spot remover, not the ultimate one, and that seemed to do a better job”
