“Actually, I’m scared of recommending this rich but delicate, souave and subtly tasting San Cristobal for fear that too many people catch on and you run out of stock. I think it was Miss Higgins, herself, who recommended it to me many years ago and I’ve been a devotee ever since.”

“At one of their wonderful coffee tasting evenings I told Mr David Higgins that I had always loved Hawaiian Kona coffee but hadn't been able to get it for years. He recommended Galapagos San Cristobal as an alternative and I love it. It has a delicious, smooth, nutty flavour - my idea of perfect coffee. Everyone I've shared it with loves it too.”
