“Creole blend has become an absolute favourite of mine. It has a good dark chocolate flavour that is just on the right side of being bitter. We make it in a Bialetti and it took a while for us to get it right, but maybe another method is easier. Perhaps not the most user-friendly coffee, but definitely worth the effort”
