“This has been our favoured blend for many years and remains our go to drink. Rounded and flavoursome especially when you think of the date of its invention (maybe it should have been an ersatz blend of chicory and acorns). It is advisable to be aware of the quantities needed and we find it best made with the V60 pour over method or cafetière.”
