“Unfortunately, the top section is fitted askew and I am not sure if it is supposed to be removed for inserting the beans. If so, I cannot get it off, stuck fast. No instructions in the box about how to operate or adjust the machine for different coffee grains. At the moment, the device is completely unusable.”
