“The item was ok and the help from the gent at the depo was good. Initially, I ordered 8 bags online as it stated there was ample in stock. Arrived at the depot and there was none in stock, the gent made a call and these could be delivered from another depot in the week. Arrived at the depot to pick up as agreed and only 6 bags were sent over. The gent was again was very helpful but I still only have 6 bags and I will go to the other depot to pick the other 2 up. In essence, the staff are helpful but clearly do not update the systems nor can they count, very poor.”
