“I was disappointed by the fact that my order was not ready for pick-up. It took considerable time for your assistant to find my purchase. I also took offence that the other customers were permitted to NOT take precautions (ie., wear a mask) regarding the pandemic. The wood is fine.”

Hello Malcolm Thank you for your review. I'm sorry your timber wasn't ready for pick-up when you arrived, sometimes things crop up in the branch that have to be dealt with. We take Covid very seriously and every branch follows strict guidelines. If you let me know which branch it was I will pass your comments on to them so they can review their practices.
