“I live in a hard water area and thermostatic shower valves fail after a while and are expensive to replace, more than the cost of this mixer! We are a small household so while there is no antiscald, it is not a problem for us but would be in an HMO for example. Very impressed with the quality of the mixer but a bit surprised that the mounting piece was plastic. Having screwed it to the tiles, it seems firm enough. Delighted that when I turn it off, no water drips from the shower head and adjusting the flow temperature and volume are easy and smooth in operation. I would consider buyong from Enki again as the process was smooth and delivery prompt.”
