“I love these slippers and this is the third pair I have purchased. However I am disappointed with The House of Slippers, the company I bought them from. I ordered a size 7, but they were far too small, even though the pair I have at the moment is a size 7. I telephoned the company with a query over the size and ended up ordering a pair a size larger. There was then a problem with the return and it took over a week and three phone calls to receive the exchange. Unfortunately, the exchange slippers were far too big. I am now sure the original pair were mislabelled. Obviously I will now have to return the size 8 and hope they can be exchanged for a correct size 7.”
