“Rapid delivery and well packaged and as described. The slippers fit well and are very comfortable. However, there was a minor fault. The knot in the cord that bind the upper to the side of the slipper on one of them has come undone and, as the excess was obviously trimmed after the knot was tied, there is not enough length left in the cord to retie the knot as was. I have had to add some new cord to repair where the upper was starting to come away from the slipper. A minor inconvenience - perhaps a spot of glue on the knot at the end of manufacturing to prevent such an issue.”
