“The wrapping is great if going directly to the recipient, but I opened the shipping box to have a look at the necklace before I presented it to my Mother. The box was great, it had some nice messages from the ladies who had made the jewellery, so I wanted to keep it to present it to my mother. Unfortunately, I had torn the box to open it and the gift wrapping inside could not be presented by itself as it was only loosely wrapped around the jewellery box with a loose bow that could be applied. I was hoping to gently open it have a look then wrap it up again, but that wasn't possible.”
Hi Amanda, Thank you for your feedback, we will take your thoughts on board. We have sent you a direct message too. It is a conundrum we face as we get orders to be delivered directly to the recipient and some that go to the buyer first. We prototyped our gift wrap sleeve to be able to slide off along with the ribbon and we leave the tissue open-ended so the item can be easily checked, as we understand customers will want to do this before gifting.
