We are sorry to hear this. We package each piece very carefully and place the box in tissue paper in the packaging box so it is disappointing to learn it arrived untied. Had the package been opened by customs? Perhaps you could let us know. We wouldn't send it out like this so we'd like to know how this happened, it's unlikely transit would cause this.
