“Recently recieved a bed from Home Done, worst quality product i have ever purchased. The item came scrached, chipped, broken and with huge splinters hanging off of it. This was a childrens bed! Also the wood itself was cheap and finish on the product was awful. I contacted customer services who took nearly 2 weeks to return an email. I had no bed for my son at this point so fixed it up best i could. Also the drawers they sent do not fit under the bed!!! They are refusing to exchange or refund. Absolute con, do not order from this company!!!”
