“we have had a lot of problems with this company and product, it came with faulty locking wheel, after a lot of emails (as no phone available to customers) they offered £10 comp I write back stating I would like a replacement wheel. they then offered £15 after a lot more emails and two weeks waiting I sent a mail saying if they send £20 I would find a new wheel myself, another week and another mail I was told they were processing my request, I was then told it would take 10 days before I recieved payment, bewary people, I am still waiting and our guinea pigs are not in cage yet.”
