How does your wallpaper / product match your expectations you had when purchasing?
Poorer than expected quality

Although batch numbers were the same the paper was not.Different shades of grey only noticeable when up and paper had dried.Had to strip it all off and buy from a reputable company.Alot of money lost.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. We have been waiting for your reply for three weeks after sharing our request for sample pieces for examination and test hanging. Having sold through stocks of this batch we have nothing at hand to examine and as such require these in order to progress. As we have explained, should any fault be found the costs associated with sending these will be credited. After making initial checks with the manufacturer about potential problems with the batch received, this was confirmed that no issues had been reported to them. We are on hold with this matter without anything to examine in an unpasted state. Our products are genuine and we buy them in good faith from the manufacturers. We have procedures in place to ascertain if a product has a production fault, after 40 years in the industry we have learned to follow these precisely to exclude any external factors that may effect a wallcoverings performance.
