“The coach driver dumped us at a resort which was not ours with vague directions. We had to walk and ask in another resort to get directions. It took us half an hour lugging suitcases to get there”
“We had been advised a driver would be ready for us on arrival, but no.
After joining a long queue at the office of the supplier which was manned by a surly lady we were told ro stand aside while she located our driver.
The lady then told us to go to bay 13.on our arrival at bay 13 the driver informed us he was going elsewhere and drove his minibus away. Another minibus came into bay 13 but again this driver said he was not scheduled to take us but did ring his office. We were then directed to a full size coach gaily painted I. JET2 Livery. The rather scruffy driver told us the full size coach was our transfer and so my wife and me were the only passengers. There was also a large sign reminding us we should tip the driver.. We did not. Not good service from your supplier.
The return journey was fine. Our driver was a courteous,friendly young lady and saved youosing another star and she was tipped 5 euros.”
