“Disappointed with our drop off and pick up this year in Lanzarote. There were several drops before us who were all dropped at the front door of the hotels , on our drop off we were dropped off at another hotel complex almost a quarter of a mile from the entrance from our apartments and told the entrance was just around the corner, as it happens it is our own apartment which we have been going to for many years so knew where we were going but also knew that it was up an incline and for 2 mid to late 70 year olds to have to drag our cases up the hill and on inadequate pavements was not acceptable. I realise there are many one way streets in the area but to drop us at the entrance would have taken no more than a couple of minutes . (i have in the past rented cars so know the area very well.) The collection was also at the other apartments which was easier as we were lugging our cases downhill and the pick up was on time so that's the reason for 3 stars instead of none. I have used holiday taxis many times and also have a future booking but will not use them in Lanzarote again.”
