“Got booked on day of travel with the help of a friendly person over the phone. We met with our driver at the airport as arranged who simply nodded when we confirmed our names. Twenty minutes or so into our journey he stopped in Naples without offering any explanation whatsoever. Granted, his English was probably non-existent but we felt completely in the dark, communication was non existent. The car became very hot and stuffy and we became a little irritated at the lack of information. After about 20-25 minutes a couple eventually appeared and got into our vehicle. The rest of the journey was quick, safe and comfortable and the driver also helped us with our luggage at both ends. Good service spoilt by complete non communication with the customer!”
