“It is not the first time when am using their service and this time it was waaaay disappointing.
First - I could not book for a date required - it I was simply not “clickable” from the menu. Second - I didn’t not receive a confirmation, so I called them, 3d - and most important - transfer has not arrived even though I’ve been there 16(!) minutes before scheduled time. Their local partner also didn’t know that the transfer failed, so initially they tried to ensure me that it is on the way. Disappointing… ♂️”
“It was absolutely dreadful no bus available, some passengers waiting over an hour. Eventually another bus came in 25 minutes but it was too small for the number of people that were booked for the service within had to be split into two groups. The first bus left and we were left standing waiting. And we had to approach staff again to complain. Eventually another bus was made available. We go on got halfway down the motorway when the driver got a phone call we turned around and went all the way back to the airport to pick up another seven passengers by the time we started our journey again, and go to playa del Inglés, we had been waiting two hours and 40 minutes to get to her destination”

“Easy booking transfers with Holiday Taxis. Bus there on time and got us to hotel as quick as a taxi would have but for less than a third of the price. Excellent service!”
