The only thing I would say is that I saw all the shuttles, buses droppingtheir customers right at the entrance of my hotel so that was possible. I was dropped and picked up at the bus station ( 200m away) maybe because I was alone?”
“we were to be picked up from our accommodation and taken to the airport. After waiting for 20 minutes I tried to call the supplier contact number. After 5 minutes of trying I did not get an answer and called the Holidaytaxis head office. During this conversation, where the customer service was poor and I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes, I was told that the cab did not show up and I had to arrange my own transport. Meanwhile, the flight was scheduled to leave in 90 minutes. With a lot of extra effort and expense, we finally made it to the flight in the nick of time.
We booked this private transfer because we expected a certain standard and luxury which we both did not receive. I therefore expect full compensation for the extra effort, stress and expense we had to incur during our vacation.”
