“Very upset, our transfer didnt show up even tho we confirmed pickup 1 day earliar with resepcionist, the emergency number couldnt reach the driver , so we had to take taxi for 70 euros insted of the 18 for transfer (Gran Canarian) , and holiday taxis didnt even replay for conpansation!!! Not trustworthy!!! Be carefull when you book, make sure they give you plenty of time to reach the airport, cause we almost missed our flight because of them! And they didnt even conpansate the price difference!!!!!! Not sure i will use again!!! Never had so bad experience before in other countries with them!!!!”
