“When we arrived at the airport and went to get the coach as mentioned on the website we realised that it was a van, with no enough seat for passenger. We have to squeeze ourselves with the luggage inside. Also, when asked when was the next van, the drive didn’t know and could not inform as he was as too busy trying to fit everyone in without any support from company coach.”
